VYTAS JURJONAS is the founding partner of the Jonas Price LLC branch of ADRN. After receiving his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois College of Commerce and Business Administration, Vytas went on to the University of Illinois College of Law to earn his law degree. Vytas has worked in a variety of consumer and business law settings, most recently specializing in complex real estate transaction work. Vytas has overseen literally hundreds of real estate deals, representing both institutional and individual buyers, sellers, and investors. He has worked closely with large-scale developers to facilitate conversion of hundred-unit condominium developments throughout the Chicago area, and ensure legal compliance with all federal, state, and local rules. Most recently, Vytas has been managing the Jonas Price bankruptcy practice section, and has coordinated efforts to make filing bankruptcy feel less overwhelming and stressful for Jonas Price clients. He is an expert both in civil litigation, and lawsuit settlement negotiation. Whether setting up a limited liability company for a client, presiding over a real estate closing, or appealing a lower court decision to the Illinois Appellate Court, Vytas’ legal resume is as diverse as it is broad. Often applying principles of business transactions to his cases, Vytas’ law practice stresses the economic factors of every deal, using commercial law principals to exact a favorable outcome for his clients. Vytas is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois, and is admitted before the U.S. District Court in the Northern District of Illinois. He is also an Illinois-licensed real estate broker. WILLIAM LOHRMAN concentrates his law practice in the areas of foreclosure defense, debtor/creditor law, and bankruptcy. He currently oversees the foreclosure and loan modification practice section at Jonas Price. After graduating from Bowling Green State University in Ohio, William went on to earn his law degree at Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Michigan, where he concentrated his studies in business transactions. Before joining Jonas Price, William ran a busy solo practice focusing on wills and estates, business transactions, and foreclosure defense. Throughout his years of aiding consumers facing financial hardship, William has gained extensive knowledge of the options available to his clients, and views each new client as an opportunity to vindicate their rights through creative and innovative use of those options. William has committed his law practice to guiding individuals through their times of financial crisis, and also to providing them with the necessary tools to avoid the same pitfalls that lead to financial hardship in the first place. William believes in using candor, professionalism, ethics, and diligence to serve the needs of his clients. He understands that law is a service profession; that as an attorney his role is to counsel and guide people through some of the most difficult moments– not just explain what happens in court. William is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois, and is admitted before the U.S. District Court in the Northern District of Illinois. DENNIS FOX,ESQ |
